"So we really like the new machine in that it works well and looks good. It just has a few things that are a bit unusual and quite different to other machines. For example, not much room in the top for tall/pint glasses (which we use a lot so find annoying) but the utensil drawer is very useful, just feels a bit old school using a cutlery basket after previously having had a tray. Also the red rubbery bits are great for not knocking glass on the harder prongs and you can stack cups in the middle shelf which is useful but definitely cannot get them in the utensil drawer as the manual claims, unless you are using tiny espresso cups! Overall a good buy that functions well and will not doubt learn to use eventually!!"

"Lovely quiet and efficient machine, much quieter than our old, recently deceased, one. Love all the different levels and the knife tray, most of all being able to split the cutlery basket into two halves! Game changer...
My one tiny criticism is the contents don’t seem to dry properly, but that may be down to the programme we’ve used so far. We’ll try a different programme and see what happens. "
