"The dishwasher itself works well looks really good and is very quiet when running. Major issue for us is the racking drawers, nothing seems to sit right. We have varied sized and shaped plates but none sit in the grooves correctly, either to tall if you manage to get the plate to stay upright (even if you adjust the second top tray but then you can’t fit any bowls in as it gets caught on the cutlery small tray at the top) or sideways just takes up all the room so that you have to manually wash the pots and pans which defeats the object really and you are just wasting more water. I read a few reviews before I bought this product which referenced the shallow grooves for the plates but I didn’t think it would be an issue. Well I was completely wrong, a terrible design on the drawers and now it’s a struggle and a stress to pack this dishwasher every day really wish I didn’t buy it. I guess I’m going to have to find out what 16 place setting set Hoover used."

"The trays are difficult to get in and out, it seems the wheels do not slide well. Also using the various options in the trays is more complicated than i thought. Very quiet though which is a positive, and it looks good visually with the stainless steel finish."

"Good quality dishwasher but the trays are all to much, the tray in the roof of the machine is point less because you can not stack small plates on the top shelf, and bottom shelf plate guides are too shallow so plates easily fall over."

"We moved away from an unreliable Bosch machine to this one as it had good reviews. The machine looks nice & has a very useful small tray for utensils at the top. The only thing that I don't particularly like is the stacking rack for the dinner plates. The system is quite shallow & wide so smaller plates / deep pasta bowls don't feel very secure. "
