"As this item was going in the garage rather than the kitchen, we weren't fussed about having all the features that some of the top-end freezers come with now. We really just wanted to make good use of space to keep a load of food cold. It was a good size, and feels well built. Good value for money for being a simple 'keep stuff cold' freezer."

"Very spacious although the food from our 25 year old freezer didn't all go in even though the exterior dimensions of the Haier were quite a lot bigger. However, we no longer have to worry about defrosting and it is very quiet. The interior light is useful and the door alarm will no doubt come in handy as we have been known not to close the door properly. One small problem is that only the front of the freezer can be levelled with a couple of adjustable legs, which doesn't help if the back is uneven."

"Amazing product, lovely to have an internal light and being frost free, even better. No more messy wet defrosting. Very spacious too. This product will look excellent in my new utility room. Had lots of positive comments from friends and family. Money well spent."

"The AO delivery guys helpfully lifted the freezer over a table for us. Got all the sticky tape off and rolled it into the cupboard and it made a scraping noise from the bottom and would not level. Had a look underneath and the metal cross member that supports the compressor was bent downwards it was below the castors at the back, so it just wobbled and could not be levelled.
AO are waiting for the next delivery before replacing. I do not know how this could have happend."
