"Purchased this item in 2019, it broke down after 2 years (out of warranty of course). Had it repaired, it broke down again at 4 years (same fault).
Haier service department did not want to know. The original breakdown took them three visits to fix and the service agent did not seem to know what he was doing. Would not purchase this product again.
A shame that Ao.com do not appear to have an extended warranty scheme."

"I am very pleased with the function, design and quality of the freezer. It is very quiet in running and accommodates a lot of food! Awkward size objects are easy to store in the large boxes. The neat pocket in the door is great for storing ice creams or pizzas. A quick tap on the door panel reassures you of the temperature inside the freezer. Nothing to dislike and a lot to like."
"Very happy with it after years of struggling to find stuff in a chest freezer this is bliss, open the door and you can find things easily. Plenty of room and 2 of the drawers are bigger for bulkier items so no struggling to get larger items in., the ice tray is a bit of a faff but otherwise very happy with it. "
