"This fridge-freezer looks the part, and both sections hold as much as I had hoped.
Although I knew from the product details that the freezer was smaller than the one I was replacing, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I can put in it.
My reason for not giving it five stars is because I'm not sure yet (only had it a week) how reliable the temperature is in the fridge part, because it varies more than I expected.
When busy in the kitchen and getting things out of it frequently (though quickly), the temperature in the fridge rises rapidly and is very slow to go back down again.
Not sure how this will play out in summer when the kitchen is permanently warmer. Am slightly concerned that it might not stay cool enough."

"With a broken down fridge less than a week before Christmas, AO were the only company I found that had stock and could deliver before Christmas. Moreover, the price was very competitive vs others even though savings were largely consumed by delivery charges. Customer service and order updates, including live tracking on the app, were excellent. Overall, very impressed."
