"A nice smart looking oven, It heats up quicker than are old one. I was surprised that it did not come pre-wired with a plug as my last two ovens did. You have to watch your cooking times as it heats up quickly. So far only good comments from me."

"Only had this oven a week but I've cooked and baked quite a lot to get used to it. My previous oven was a Whirlpool, (which I'd had for 17 years and had always liked how it cooked), which is what led me to another Whirlpool. The new one has many more functions which I've yet to try, but both the 'Conventional' and 'Forced Air' settings work well, and I like the dough 'Rise' function too. This model comes with only one shelf, so I've had to buy a second, but it does come with a deep 'Drip Tray' and 'Baking Tray', which are handy items. I like the telescopic shelf supports too, although, if they're fixed to a higher shelf position, you can occasionally get a baking tin on a lower shelf caught on them if you're not careful as you try to remove it, so care is needed until you get used to it. I also like the audible alarms which tell you when the pre-heat temperature has been reached or when the cooking time has elapsed, (if you've chosen the timer facility). The instructions take a little bit of re-reading to glean all the info needed, but really it's a case of 'playing' with it and seeing what works... essentially everything is controlled by either pressing or 'dialling' the central knob. It's sleek in design and though contemporary in style it still fits with my 'traditional' kitchen. I've done savoury casseroles and roast chicken, vegetables and Yorkshire puddings, and also sponge cake, muffins and shortbread, all of which have turned out very well. So far I'm really liking this product."

"The oven is great. Simply to use and works perfectly. But why do you get just 1 shelf and 1 set of runners for such a big oven. The single shelf lets down what otherwise is a great oven"
