"Easier to use than our previous and more expensive model. Thus doesn't gave the steamer function but using microwave to steam as same results. The digital touch button to turn on sometimes doesn't respond at first so often need a few attempts which is a bit annoying but otherwise happy with purchase "

"The product is well designed and dose what it says on the packet, however the operating manual is not user friendly and takes some time to grasp. When registering for the 2 years guarantee be prepared for the operative to try to sell you extras as the guarantee does not cover any labour costs.
