"Good quality, glass and control knobs feel well made. It will blend with the new worktop and look very modern."
"First of all the product that arrived had black knobs and not the chrome/silver effect ones in the picture. The indicator mark on the black knob is hard to see making it difficult to control the flame and light the hob because you can't tell if the knob is on the highest setting. AO tried to get Whirlpool to cough up the silver knobs or a replacement with silver knobs but Whirlpool insisted that the hob is only available with black knobs. The double burner is temperamental - and the instructions don't tell you how to select the inner ring. When by some fluke the inner ring lights up on its own, the gas is escaping from the outer ring. The burner cups became badly corroded. Unfortunately, replacement burner cups are not available. At one point I was even told the parts were obsolete. Whirlpool and AO kindly arranged an exchange and I decided to give Whirlpool a miss this time in favour of a Bosch!"
