"Very powerful with a lot of useful programmes. The door opens rigidly at a 90 degree angle which can make it awkward to place items inside and is really difficult to remove hot items safely. The internal capacity is a lot smaller than anticipated and crockery I could use before in my old microwave now no longer fit so will have to get some new ones. The stainless steel finish also stains quite badly and even after a short time the door release button looks quite shabby, despite cleaning it as recommended in the instructions."

"Very pleased, took a while looking as went from wanting a basic microwave to deciding on a combination one so I didnt have to haveto use my big oven for two or have my halogen oven sitting out in my new kitchen.
Pleased I did as so far been good and I've understood the instructions."

"Pros - programmes are easy to use compared to previous model
Fan on top so model is slimline and space saving
Grill is covered over by mesh so easier to clean than previous model
Brown enamel tray is good to use for grilling and baking
Cons - lightweight so it moves when you push the button to open the door
One metal rack provided, rather than two and not as substantial as previous racks
Cable is too short if you want to place the appliance on a butchers block, rather than a worktop
When using the grill the plate does not rotate when 2 pasta dishes are place on metal rack, compared to previous model
