"Product is really good so far.
The only negative was the ridiculous delivery window set by AO of anytime from 7am on a Sunday. Had to be up and at the delivery address 20 miles away (as we were in the middle of moving house) only to receive a text mid morning to say it would be delivered between 3 & 4 that afternoon- whole day then wasted"

"The microwave is great.
The first delivery included a broken grill stand which I tried to have replaced by asking Panasonic for just a new grill stand .
They could not issue a replacement part but requested AO to collect the whole microwave and replace it with a new one which surprised me .
AO were fantastic in their response and the request was completed in a couple of days . The replacement is perfect . Thank you AO."
