"A great looking device and early reheating results are of the top standard I’d expect from a Panasonic microwave. Docked a star because the door popped straight off the first time I opened it, clearly a miss at the factory. AO.com immediately replaced though and the new one is great. Only other thing to note is that the metallic finish seems to attract finger prints!"

"Bought this microwave in October to replace old one of same model (old one caught fire, just thought this was due to age!). Unfortunately this one also caught fire. Panasonic say nothing wrong with it! They have now insisted I have it back and use it. I will NOT be using this in my house! AO are currently fighting my case and I have to say, have been AMAZING. Wish Panasonic customer services were as good as AO. Will never buy anything Panasonic again."
