"Excellent Upgrade from our previous Panasonic model,
which we had great service from!
This one has more options, with clear and simple instructions, making it easy to use.
The range of pre-sets is really useful.
All that and it looks great too!

"The combination microwave went 'pop' (as opposed to poppety-ping) just in the run-up to Xmas. The replacement (and updated model) was available to be delivered within a day or so depending on delivery price paid. The time of delivery varied quite a bit according to the on-line tracking (up to 2130 which was far too late for us). In the end it arrived 1930 which was not too bad. I was hoping for free delivery and within reasonable day-hours so we did not have to sacrifice an evening and this is something AO could addresss. However, it was the run up to Xmas when deliveries could be difficult. The goods appear to be working fine and so overall a good result and we shall eat well this Xmas. This feedback says to concentrate on the item rather than service; yet it is service that differentiates suppliers. It is pointless me commenting on Panasonic's product over which AO has no control when tyhe service given is very much in AO's control."

"Having read up about this microwave I decided to order it from AO.com, I am not dissapointed its great and so easy to use, I thought it might be complicated but its not,use it every day,livng alone its very useful,very pleased."

"really easy to use microwave with electronic controls. Both microwave cooking and defrost are first rate. haven't yet used the grill but everything else is just what you need. "

"Wanted a white microwave but had trouble finding one, until i saw this Panasonic. Everything i wanted, White, Stainless Steel inside, which i think is the best, so easy to keep clean - just a wipe. No chance of it cracking in the corners like other types of insides in other microwaves."
