"We bought this to replace a previous similar Panasonic inverter microwave that lasted 15 years. The new one has a similar great range of functions and is easy to operate and comes with clear operating instructions. It is far smaller in terms of depth than the old one and the weight is lighter but retains a good quality feel. As a result it can fit on less deep work surfaces; it does however tend to move about due to the hard plastic feet. This is easily resolved with the use of a cork mat underneath it.
Hoping it lasts as well as its predecessor."

"We like Panasonic, but with this item, we were under the impression that the whole unit was metal, but the door is plastic and flimsy. We only unboxed it a few days ago, but already it has a fault with the door. It doesn't align flush with the right hand panel. {Top does, bottom doesn't). I am worried that this is detrimental to the use of the oven, especially if the problem gets worse. It has probably had some strain put on it, to push it out at the bottom. Mr. Harrison."
