"Had problems with our old Panasonic microwave. Door not always closing properly and apparent microwave leakage. Thought that a slightly smaller model would suffice. Amazed as just how much smaller 20 lit. is compared to 30 lit. but will cope! Shame there’s nothing in the middle.
Original AO delivery had a badly dented side panel. Took ages to get through to customer services but very helpful once on the phone. Replacement arrived 3 days later."

"My previous Panasonic microwave died after years of use and, recently, with the daughter and boyfriend returning from Uni, abuse.
This one is slightly smaller which gives us a little more worktop space and it's a piece of cake to operate. I wanted reasonable power, 800W is perfect. The main criteria though was that it could accommodate a standard dinner plate and...... a tall, one pint mug to reheat tea!
Looking good so far and based on previous experience no reason to expect anything but years of solid service."

"Third Panasonic microwave always happy with previous two so now purchased smaller edition to prevent not unable to see good enough to operate at 85 years old you have to try to anticipate problems. I was so pleased to find it was so straight forward just a little smaller but fine to use and just gained space in kitchen."

"This microwave is an ideal size for a regular sized kitchen. Although it is compact it still has room for a dinner plate inside. The controls are very user friendly. I would definitely recommend it. "
