"So far so good. Purchased this on the basis of previous reviews and because we’ve had a number of other products from Panasonic which have lasted really well, including a bread maker which is still going strong after nearly 20 years! The new microwave is easy to operate, (my 85 year old aunt got to grips with it after a couple of days), and you will probably only require the basic functions for every day use. As other reviewers had mentioned the microwave is smaller but, despite it only having an advertised capacity of 20L, the internal dimensions are nearly identical to our previous machine which was 23L… It’s a bit like the TARDIS. We can still fit our usual cooking dishes inside and they fit on the turntable even though that is also 1cm smaller in diameter. Overall we’re extremely happy with the microwave but we’ve only been using it for one week so time will tell."

"I needed a new microwave as mine had broken. I ordered by phone as I was expecting a new fridge. Both items were delivered on the day, with a phone call re time expected. The items were brought into the house and the old items were removed as promised. The microwave was as described and I am pleased with my purchase"
