"I wish I could say nice things about this microwave but I can't. This was my second Panasonic microwave in 3 years, the first one had the fan stop working at around 3 years, this one lasted from March 2019-October 2020 when it started randomly sparking, and then started shooting flames. I had my previous supermarket own brand microwave for a decade and recycled it when I moved wanting something that matched my new home better...it defrosted well while it lasted but overall poor value for money."
