"There is a slight gap between the main casing and top of door though it closes properly and functions normally. The touch buttons are quite stiff to operate and I find I hold the appliance with one hand while pressing buttons with the other. I've kept it as it functions perfectly and have used other panasonic products without problems for years. "

"Basically fine, some difficulty pressing keys - have to do it with fingernails rather than ball of finger/thumb. Still working way through it all. Does move when opening door as need some pressure."
