"Needed a new washer as old one gave up the ghost after 11 years. The available space for the integrated appliance was very tight, so I had to try and find a similar sized machine (or rebuilt part of the kitchen). AO.com had a range of suitable machines, and the keenest prices. Ordering was simple. Delivery and updates excellent, and so far the washer is performing well. Happy customer."

"I ordered my new AEG ProSteam washing machine and set my delivery date over the phone, it's was easy on line and recieved a curitacy call from AOL confirming my purchase and delivery date, I also recieved an email as well!
It's taking my a while to get used to as it has so many features. I like the pro steam addition and find that if I take out the clothes and hang them up most of my clothes don't need ironing!
I also like the fact I can reduce the time on some of the cycles, the quick wash and stain removal function works really well if I pretreat them with a stain remover spray first.. Some of the cycles are much longer, but I do them when I have time. I haven't used the night cycle yet but plan to do this in the future for things like bedding. Happy all round well worth the money. My only gripe is that the door is hard to pull open, I have an integrated model and i am waiting for the builders to fit the door, I wonder if it will bang back and trap my hand."

"Delivery was on time and the delivery me were great. The product looks nice for a build in unit and so far has worked as expect. It is very quiet even on fast spin. We haven't tried all of the settings but clothes come out clean and very dry so great. Time will tell on reliability but I'm sure being AEG that will be fine"
