"Great washing machine, let down by the irritating fittings for attaching the door mounts. If you need to swap them from one side to the other take care with the ‘hinge reinforcement’ which is nothing more than a bent steel bracket with two tapped holes in it. They (there are 2) fall down into the body of the machine way too easily. They can be retrieved if you can be bothered to take the machine apart. I couldn’t be bothered. Zanussi have discontinued to brackets as a separate part (at a rip off £14 or so each!) and you can only now get replacements as part of a ‘door fitting kit’. Even more of a rip off at £44. Poor, cheap design, spoiling an otherwise great washing machine. "
