"All seams good liked the put it anywhere in the house however the 65db is quite loud and even louder when the buttons, hoody toggles bash the glass as they go round and round for 1 or 2 hours, yes it does take longer than a conventional tumbler dryer. It’s active care accreditation not to sure about produces lots of fluff in both filters it is tumbling the clothes for twice as long? Overall I like the machine you put the stuff in turn it on, it stops when clothes are dry. "

"Had it a few weeks now and works well, no issues.
No damage to my clothes which is great!"
"Easy to use. Filters accessible and easy to clean. Water easily emptied. So much so that we didn't bother to have it plumbed in.
Instructions could be clearer with regard to which each setting does but not annoying enough to drop a star.
Drys well. "

"I made the right decision in buying this make and model, ideal for what I need it for towels and bedding, very good energy saving ,it's very quiet,it is very nice aesthetically, drum size is larger than you think.I find that you don't have to empty water draw after every use maybe 2-3 uses. And bought for very good price.would highly recommend. "
"I love this tumble drier, it looks good, is easy to use has a large capacity and is not expensive to run due to its low energy rating. "
"After one year it is no longer drying the clothes. The pump and the sensor for detecting heat have been changed and it still doesn't work. It was 3 days past it's warranty and Hotpoint refused to come out without us paying. The last engineer to leave said there wasn't much else he could do. We now need to buy a new dryer. AVOID!"
