"Terrible product. Ruined multiple bath towels by catching the threads. AO wouldn’t help me as it was over 30 days since we purchased product. Hotpoint sent an engineer out who told me this is a known issue and it’s a manufacturing fault. His ‘resolution’ was to file down the jaggy part of the machine which I agreed to, however, tumble dryer is ruining more towels again. Do not buy this product!"
