"I find the TV is really good for my gaming experience, the forward facing speakers allow the sound to be pushed at you, a nice touch. My last toshiba was purchased a long time ago, a regza in the early days of led tech, fabulous then and better know. The fabled Menu button is, like on most smart tv's is on the home button, a little odd at first, but easy to use. Lots of ports and USB. 4k at a really good price. Colour is super sharp, small adjustments for personal use. No physical power button, odd but not an issue. Love this TV. "

"The quality of this TV is so surprising for the budget price.
The picture is clear and there are plenty of settings to adjust. Out of the box it's set to "Natural", probably as a power saving measure, but the picture is a bit muggy. I'd recommend at least trying "Dynamic" or messing with the settings yourself. It can still be difficult to see what's going on watching dark scenes in a light room, but you know what you're getting for a low price.
The sound has really impressed me for the price band, it's genuinely great out of the box and I'd say there's no need for a sound bar unless you're a complete AV nut, though if you are you're probably not considering this TV anyway.
The smart features are probably lacking compared to other units, but we personally root everything through the PS4 anyway. It has a Netflix button built into the remote to get you straight to the app, I'd like something similar for NowTV but there's no NowTV app at all."

"Toshiba TV was easy to set up and connect to set top box and other equipment, picture and sound quality are fantastic no need for a sound bar, and it looks good as well. How do they do it for the money I don't know what a bargain."
