"Almost perfect tv for the price. Sound is better than I expected picture is not vibrant but clear and tv looks great on YouTube which seems to automatically stream in 4K. We have no antenna and want to use this for presentations etc so great for the money.
But - remote is odd. Can’t work out why sometimes it brings up menu other times settings and won’t let you get to the one you want. Press the Netflix button and then nothing works, not even the power button, which also doesn’t seem to work when playing a dvd via hdmi. "

"Really pleased with this TV. The stand is a lovely black gloss which I prefer to silver. My husband talked me into buying the 55" which I must admit took a while to get use to the size but as we have a large living room it doesn't look out of place. The features are amazing and the sharpness of the picture I can not fault. I would highly recommend this TV. I would also highly recommend AO.COM. Fantastic service yet again."
