"Really nice unit, very good value for money. Only took a star off because I cut myself whilst fitting the "Chimney" to the main unit (agreed this was probably mostly my fault for pushing my hand on a sharp metal edge) but I'm still angry about it so taking a star off!"
"Product looks great. Can't comment on operation yet as kitchen still being built so no electricity yet... Delivery was well communicated, on time and carefully handled. Couldn't fault AO, would definitely buy again (although how many hob extractors does 1 kitchen need?)"

"Really good quality and premium look however it is quite loud so please bear that in mind. On the lowest setting it is still louder than expected, increase the power to high will get on the third setting it is extremely loud"

"Great extractor. It can be both very quiet at the low setting but then really powerful at the top level.
Make sure you get the proper ducting. We did it with a smaller size beforehand and it was so loud. But after we fitted the proper bigger size it worked a treat. Really good.
Recommend looking around and AO will match a cheaper price.
Only annoyance is the lights. They’re bright enough but placed at back nearest the wall. And we have a backsplash which partly restricts some of the light. Would have been better to put it at the front but it’s not the end of the world.
Overall it’s great. Really happy with it."

"Bought this because our old hood was broken even though it that old, delivered on time, easy to fit and works as one would expect, fan is a little noisy but considering what it’s doing, not too much. We chose AO over slightly cheaper suppliers because we trust them; always an important factor in deciding whether £10 or even £20 more is worth the risk."
