"I chose this product because of its looks and the drop down door. It blends beautifully with my black and grey kitchen. The drop down door is great for sliding hot dishes onto, as I can then get my gauntlets properly round the dish to lift it to the counter. A real safety factor for me. I am impressed with the grill too. I have only had it a short time and am still learning, but so far, so good."

"The only reason it hasn't got 5 stars is a slight niggle that when using it as a fan oven you have to wait for pre-heat and if you miss the short window when it tells you to add food, you have to start again.
Other than that, seems to be very good and time saving, especially when using it in combi mode."

"I needed a combi microwave oven and grill to fit a 50cm worktop and was so pleased when I found this. As the controls are at the top of the oven no space is wasted and it has a huge 33L capacity. Loads of different programs and functions cook so much better than my old oven. Jacket potatoes in minutes but with an oven-cooked crisp to the skins. Pricier than some models but completely worth it. I'm delighted."

"This is a very large freestanding counter-top family microwave with a 33 litre capacity, and as such needs ventilation space of 30cm above it, so be aware of this if you are thinking of purchasing it.
It has a stylish modern look, combining stainless steel and gloss black. It has both a 750 watt and a 900 watt output (I’ve never been able to choose before, but it makes it much easier to follow microwave specific recipes!).
It cooks quickly thanks to its 900 Watt power output, but also lets you alter this to 750. It includes a grill too, so you can whip up tasty snacks in no time. The microwave comes with a ‘crisp plate’ to use for these types of dishes, for example grilling cheese on toast. In addition, Dual Crisp technology uses forced air with the grill for faster, more even and softer inside cooking results, which significantly reduces the amount of oil used making it perfect for cooking chips or roasting potatoes!
Your meals will always be thoroughly cooked, as Multiwave Technology evenly distributes heat from 2 directions. I've often found with previous microwaves that we have owned that this can often be a problem, with parts of the food cooked less than others. However, we have so far not had this problem while using it.
We have been really happy with the performance of this microwave as it does everything you would want from a microwave, but with the additional benefit of the grill and dual crisp technology. We also took a bit of getting used to the door which opens downwards. Initially I found I would press the buttons accidentally as I opened until I got more used to it. Overall we were very impressed and can see it having a long and busy life in our kitchen! :)"

"The product does what it says on the packet however my old Panasonic from 15 years ago that recently died on me, did exactly the same but with less hassle.
Yes the cooking area is larger so I can fit the turkey in if required but you really need the manual by the microwave to know what settings to use. There are programs within settings and although it may show program 2, it does not tell me what it is for which my old microwave would e.g. p2 baked potatoes.
Having the door coming downwards has not affected us but the closing is rather annoying as it's a very positive push to close like a proper oven and you can hit the controls with your hand.
Yes the microwave is big and we made allowances for the 30cm required above the microwave but there was no mention in the selling literature of this requirement and this fact was only found out from another review."

"I bought this to use instead of the old oven in the flat I am renting. It is absolutely brilliant! Cooks everything fast and so versatile. I haven't used all the programs yet, but the ones I have used have given excellent results.
I cooked a roast in the oven using the forced air program it cooked it perfectly. Much better result than I've had with conventional ovens. I am more than happy with my purchase! "
