Plus, AO keep you informed every step of the way, you even get a phone call to let you know approximately how long away they are, will even take away your old appliance, can't say fairer than that."
"Great looking microwave, bit more expensive than other brands but solidly built plus goes well with other kitchen appliances. The crisp mode works great which I was surprised by, not just a gimmick. Only downside is the finish sounder could be a bit loader."

"This microwave is amazing! It’s got a great crisp function and allows me to cook multiple things at once meaning nothing gets cold when they have similar times e.g veg and microwave mash can be cooked at the same time! It’s big enough for my family too! It’s very snazzy and smart in my kitchen too and comes with some cool accessories! I love how modern it is and easy to use"
"The microwave looks really sleek on my worktop. I've found it really simple to use and set up - I like the "Jet" button to just give a 30second boost of power when I don't want to have to programme something.
The crisp function wasn't a reason for me to buy the microwave, but I really like it now!"
