"It's been a week since the TV arrived and I'm still getting to grips with the internet side of things. Having the user manual available on-screen when needed is a bonus. On the TV itself the picture and sound quality are superb and I would thoroughly recommend the Toshiba 32l3863DB to anyone."

"I'd hardly consider it a smart tv. Cannot connect my phone and it also lacks in apps. I still have to use my chromecast to watch most things online... this defeats the purpose of even having a smart tv. Very disappointed. The sound is also not that great."
