"The washing machine itself is really good. I bought it after hours looking at efficiency and decibel ratings as we wanted something that was not only going to save us money in the long run but not make a racket doing it. The washing machine is really quiet and most the time I can’t even hear it (and we have it in an open plan room!)
The main downside of this product is the instructions. They are not very helpful and I assume have been translated from another language as they do not read well.
We still do not know how to use different programmes due to the very limited and unclear instructions.
It does however wash well (even if the spinning isn’t always as effective).
Generally very pleased."

"So far, since receiving my machine, I have not had any problem yet...loving my machine, washes quick and clean....easy to remove transit screws and very easy to install...easy to read instructions.

"Great machine, very soft dial easy turning for those with difficulties, bright display and easy to read.
Wash settings are great no need for fancy extras it covers everything you need. Great wide door easier to get your wash in and out. The bonus is the duvet setting within two days of getting my new machine I have washed all the duvets in the house and the drum was big enough that the whole duvet was washed not just patches. We did our homework and this ticked a lot if boxes , you won't be disappointed if you purchase this machine 10/10."

"Large capacity & quick wash. Really pleased with it. Also a lot quieter than our old machine & uses less electric.
Only negative is that where the hinges are fixed seems a little flimsy, time will tell! "

"Great washing machine, quiet spin. Lots of different programmes to choose from. Very modern and stylish looking. I always buy Hisense now, as totally reliable and at great prices! "
