"A great looking fridge with tonnes of space but we're now here literally a week later having to get a repair engineer out to have a look at the water dispenser. Worked fine for the first 6 days but now isn't dispensing any water at all. Reading other reviews it looks a fairly common issue with these models."

"I've never really thought much about a fridge freezer but this fridge freezer really has changed my life. The ice despenser is brilliant. It has transformed drinks from alcohol to squash! The temperature controls are really useful and the tiny door (which I originally thought was just a gimmick) actually makes life easier. Thanks for changing my life!"

"Stunning machine does exactly what it says on the tin. Strongly advise because of the size and the weight if you have limited mobility or have a small house please take the decision to purchase seriously you will need at least four people to move this beast about. But I’m sure if you do it will be well worth it. "

"Had this item for a week and everyone in our household is happy with it.
The Hisense replaced a ageing separate fridge and freezer. The footprint is smaller, but storage capacity is improved.
For me, fresh produce is lasting longer and I can get more stuff in the fridge, also it’s fairly easy to find/rotate the stuff, due partly to the decent internal lighting. Yeah the water/ice dispenser isn’t all it should be, but it works for me, I needed a non plumbed model, so it’s a compromise, eg, collect the ice in a larger container and transfer to your drink. The touch screen/panel works well and informs adequately.
It can be moved on its rollers if you lower the front adjustable feet, the feet are raised so it leans back slightly, so the doors shut via gravity, they do.
Overall my first experience of American style fridge/freezers as been positive.
The rest of my family were initially excited by the new addition, so much so, my wife put the first shopping trip away (normally my job) and got really excited with the bar door access to the wine and cheese. Our children were looking forward to chilled drinks and water, they are easily pleased!
Overall, a 4 out of five, one point dropped due to the flaky water/ice dispenser.

"Having struggled with an under counter fridge and freezer for three years it was finally time to upgrade, I knew I wanted to go back to an American fridge freezer and this one ticked every box, I wanted to have ice and water without plumbing but didn’t know this was possible until I found this fridge freezer. Without doubt I chose well! Spacious, well made, amazing quality, and absolutely perfect for what I was after, it’s an amazing price for a lot of product, the delivery guys were amazing too, the box wouldn’t fit through our door so the unpacked and brought it in. "
