"This Fridge Freezer is just what I was looking for!
It's very spacious and the little door at the front of the fridge is perfect for taking out drinks and saving energy. I wanted a fridge freezer with an ice maker & water dispenser and the ice maker works really well. The water dispenser is a little slow but that's probably because its non plumbed which is what I wanted, so I'm very happy with my purchase."

"The Ice & Chilled water system works well and it's no hassle topping up the water reservoir daily - much easier than plumbing it in. The Bar hatch is great, our son uses it regularly.
The AO delivery guys were great
For the price this is fantastic value"

"The Fridge Freezer is an excellent addition to the kitchen.
Good points:
* Really quiet
* Cubed & crushed ice quick and easy to dispense
* Enough fridge & freezer space for 1 months grocery's
Bad points
* Instruction manual is useless and full of spelling & grammatical mistakes (throw it in the bin)
* The water dispenser is a bit slow
The latter bad point about the water dispenser is a minor inconvenience and not something that should dissuade you from purchasing this product.

A day after delivery, I went onto the AO.com website and noticed that my fridge freezer had been reduced by £50 in the bank holiday sale. I spoke to a representative called Sej and explained that the price had reduced a day after delivery. He processed a £50 refund as part of their 7 day price promise which was received in my bank account within 3 days.
If I could give them 10 stars I would, but 5 will have to do."

"I just had it for 2 days. It looks good. Ice & water dispenser works well, no plumbing required.
The only issue is the mini door doesn't open easily, it's mechanism to open isn't gentle, needs lot of force to open and close."

"Decided the family needed a bigger fridge freezer as we were scrabbling around in a pretty small integrated one. Did some research and AO came up. Found this American fridge and it seemed like a great price for what it offers. Ordering was painless and it was delivered a few days later. Delivery guys were economic with words but lifted the huge box up a step into my garden. Thought they took the box but that's part of the installation price. No bother. Took it to the tip a few days later. Putting the freezer in was a doddle. Love the non-plummed nature of this freezer. Getting a plumber in to add a new line would have added a couple of hundred to the cost. I spent that on some filtration taps for the sink anyway so spare the inner workings of our hard water. Hopefully it'll last longer because of this. I love the front drinks hatch. Reaching through for a cold beer on a hot afternoon is bliss. Also the ice maker is a godsend. The ice crusher is great. So nice to have American style crushed ice in our drinks on demand. As a few of the reviews mentioned, the flow of the water tap is slow. But we just get some crushed ice in a glass then go to the new water filter taps and fill up there. Best of both. The water tank stays fuller for longer this way too. This is a brand I've not bought before but it seems well made and sturdy. Time will tell. Overall, really happy with this fridge freezer. It's so nice to have space on the shelves to find the condiment you're looking for! Unlike our old fridge where there was stuff all crammed in and you couldn't see what was in there. I think for the price, this is a good product. Think you'll be pleased too if you buy one. "
