"A great looking oven with plenty of space. With lots of settings, plus good value. I found the cooking settings confusing, especially the roast setting."

"The oven arrived broken having clearly been dropped in the warehouse. Great deal of stress not really helped by call centre. Sales team much better. Managed to get a new one ordered but it was made clear by the call centre that I was not a priority despite having no cooker.
New one has now arrived and is looking good and working well so far. It’s put me off to be honest. Bad first experience. Will give customer service a call "
