A snakes belly is higher up than these lot. @LG buy some Bose stuff and then call their customer service. Next, take a lot of notes. "

Buy with caution
Design fault with drawer as you can’t open it to add detergent whilst door is open
The softer hole is awkward to get to if using a large bottle
The download of additional cycles seems overly complicated
For a washing machine it’s overly complicated and wouldn’t suit the less tech savvy of us
But saying that the quality of the clean is good
Would I buy it again? Probably not I think there are as good machines for less ££ which aren’t so overly complicated

"Very expensive washing machine which Broke down within 6 months. LG stated a cracked drum was not covered by the warranty., even though we were not at fault. Had 6 weeks of phone calls to LG with no working washing machine. Eventually contacted WHICH legal who advised contracting the seller A.O. Who were brilliant! Exchanged the machine for another of my choice (not LG!). Would never buy LG again. No UK support. Customer services useless. "
