"Good experience via AO. Order good. Delivery good. Old F/F taken away. Great. But... I had downloaded the manual previous to buying. Thought i knew what i was getting. The manual that came with the F/F same as the one i downloaded. Shows all the bells and whistles that i thought i was getting. This F/F has NO settings. It is factory set and locked, as far as i can make out. No wifi .No NFC. To see internal temps etc. The outside LED display does not match anything in the manual. When queried initially with Hoover. She, a lovely helpful lady, initially could not find the manual for it, when found, she could not explain why the F/F did not have the functions stated in the manual. Tech will phone you back within a guaranteed response time of 48hrs...they will know!!! Will you monitor it for me and make sure they do please. Yes, i Will do that, no problem. That was 7 days ago....... So, I have a wrong F/F or a wrong manual. If i had known it did not have all the bells and whistles i was expecting and thought i had researched, i would NOT have purchased this F/F. My home is 'hubbed' and i was exoecting this to fit into this kind of setup. As stated in the manual. I even downloaded the 'app' which is also stated in the manual... Nope. Does not connect, coz nothing to connect to apparently. If AO take it back I believe I only get 50% back. How much reasonable research are you supposed to do. Another reason why purchasing online is certainly 'buyer beware'. So.. If you want a F/F that just sits there at default settings Winter and Summer, no fast
freeze (or anything) this is ideal.. To end on a positive note....."

"Great customer from service from ao as usual. Great product, does everything it says. Our old freezer portion of our old fridge freezer started to die so this was an urgent replacement. Very pleased with it. Very spacious (especially the salad/fresh fruit/veg draw). "

"Arrived by friendly delivery guys who were very helpful and unpack the item for us. Then took away the old packaging.
A fabulous fridge freezer about 6 feet tall in a gorgeous stainless steel finish. And a digital temperature gauge which makes the product look higher value than it actually is. Everything works well and is whisper quiet. Definately a good buy."

"You can spend ages looking at all the different products available, choosing which one is best but ao's comprehensive website made it easy to find the best product for our needs. Once we'd received it, we were really pleased with this fridge/freezer. It has a large vegetable drawer and lots of fridge space, including inside the door. Similarly, the freezer part has deep drawers giving lots of space. Really happy with it. It looks smart too and the reminder if the door isn't shut has been helpful. "
