"This fridge/freezer is recommended as a Best Buy in a consumers guide. Being a German/Italian white goods fan, I have been taken back by this Hoover product, by just how good it is. This fridge/freezer has 50/50 split between fridge and freezer, perfect sizing for me. It`s extremely quiet and works well. It seems energy efficient as well. Drawers run smoothly and the product is fairly easy to operate. In the main instruction book the print is very small and English features somewhere in the middle. Luckily AO have produced a single sheet of instructions in English and straight forward.

"Excellent service from AO but when I unpacked the fridge freezer it had quite a large dent on the side of the door. The packaging was intact so it obviously was not the fault of the delivery men or indeed any storage at AO. AO handled my complaint extremely well. The fridge freezer itself is fine and has good storage in the door which is very useful. It is split 50/50 between the fridge and the freezer with 4 drawers in the freezer part which makes finding items easy."
