"I really like this range. Its low rating is due to the fact that its rear wheels protrude beyond the the top of rear of the hob. This prevents the rage from being flush to the wall resulting in an annoying gap. Having spoken to the manufacturer there is nothing they can do. I'd a design fault."
"This is without a doubt the best cooker I've ever had. The hob is fantastic - really powerful, yet responsive and easy to make small adjustments. The ovens are great. Plenty of shelves and the inclusion of several sliding racks that can be positioned where you want.
However, the service that I received was extremely poor. I booked the removal and disposal of my old cooker and fitting the new cooker. They wouldn't remove the old cooker because it was connected to LPG. When I booked the delivery and fitting online, it asked me if the old cooker was connected to gas, electricity or gas and electricity. I ticked the gas and electricity box as LPG is a gas. At no point did it ask whether it was LPG. When the fitters arrived they refused to disconnect the old cooker because it was LPG. 2 days later we were to entertain 60 guests to celebrate our wedding. I was not pleased as you can imagine. I told the fitters that I would disconnect the LPG myself. They still refused to disconnect the electricity or remove my old cooker. This is the worst service I have ever received from a major retailer.
My advice: Buy this oven, it's absolutely amazing. Just buy it from somewhere other than ao.com. "
"I love it though my husband isn’t quite so sure. It isn’t that easy to keep clean and the stainless steel marks easily, although a damp cloth soon sorts that out. I love the induction hob - super quick and efficient- not so keen on the black sides of the oven. Overall tho - not bad for the price. "

Mainly I W ant to share how fantastic ao have been.
We had to return the previous oven because it didn’t fit (our mistake not ao).
Ao were wonderful and collected the unused oven without question very quickly.
They were also the only place to find things that seemed to be out of stock everywhere else and delivered within 2 days.
Amazing!! So relieved to not be barbecuing Christmas turkey!! Thank you ao!"

"Looks good, still learning all the features. Manual needs an overhaul, looks like it's been photocopied on the sly at someones work and think it's been written by an engineer rather than an end user. "

"Really very dissapointed in the quality of this cooker. We had the exact same cooker before but an earlier model that was excellent.
It arrived and the fan was so loud you couldnt talk in the kitchen, that has now been replaced, now a couple of months on the other fan is doing the same, that will need to be replaced, the front of the induction hob works great, the rear rings are unresponsive unless you press ridiculously hard. The engineers wasnt really that bothered by that once he had fixed the fan. Now we are beginning to notice other things like one of the sleeves to hold the glass in the doors is missing, screws that have been put in incorrectly. Almost feels like its a 2nd."
