"Great multi fuel range cooler, just the right size for our family cooking needs. This is our 2nd one as 1st was damaged in a flood, liked it so much replaced with the same cooker. Love that you can fit so many trays in the tall side oven. NB you fill need to change the gas burner nozzles if on tank gas as we are."

"After delivery, and we hot it out of packaging, we noticed grill plate missing, which they rectified and are now sending.
When fitted electric grill would not work niether time clock, after calling them they saide was the electrics installed properly! and then they ssid if they had tovome out it would cost me £180 if it was my fault . I then Pulled cooker back out only to find a terminal not fitted correctly in backbox, Are you going to refund me £180 for your failing? Also had to support back of cooker with packing as rear rollers weak in housing causing cooker to wobble.
Finally the dots on front of cooker, one is wearing off already and thermostat light has crack on inside , but can't be bothered to phone and wait for at least 25 mins to talk to someone "

"I love this oven. So many functions, bread proving, defrosting, fan oven, conventional oven, 3 grills!! It is sturdy and robust, the cast iron pan supports give a high quality feel. It cooks brilliantly, best oven I have ever had - I simply cannot fault it. "

"Arrived with one of the gas igniters faulty AO don't seem to acknowledge any after sale issue and had to call Stoves direct to arrange an engineer not what you expect from a brand new oven and had installed by AO. would love a call from AO to discuss "
