"Loved the new Stoves cooker and it fitted exactly where my old Baumatic range used to be. I had it professionally installed by A&O and the guy was helpful and professional. Only downside were the user instructions( 2 piece paper booklet!) Even looking online did not explain how to make the grill work! We had to phone customer support! "

"A nice looking range cooker let down by poor, unclear instructions that have to be downloaded.
The induction hob is average in performance compared to my old Rangemaster. The hobs take and age to come up to temperature unless you use the boost function. The slider controls are awful, especially when wet. One hob (less than a month old) keeps showing an error (unable to ID because of poor instructions) and beeps.
The main grille controls are not intuitive and the instructions don't tell you how it works, trial and error late one night solved the riddle!
Sadly I'm stuck with it now, looks good, but doesn't perform well. "
