"Purchased from here 12/18 became defective yesterday. Single person use, sometimes plus one other. A bearing on the drum appears to have failed after 2.5 years."

"Pleased so far. My last condenser drier didn’t have a sensor and I felt I was using unnecessary energy. This one has a sensor but at times the clothes are still damp."

"No hesitation in buying this model as it is to replace a predecessor, also bought from AO, fitting in exactly the same position. If it lasts the 20 years of it’s predecessor despite it’s regular use the reliability is excellent. Even quieter and more drying options than previous. Great looking appliance and good price from AO."
"Brought to replace the same model I’ve had for 12 years which finally gave up the ghost! Difficult to completely clear the filter but an absolutely workhorse with large drum for a family or 4. If it lasts a quarter as long as the original I’ll be happy! "
