"I ordered a washing machine and a fridge from this company and I was very disappointed that the fridge was the one to arrive first as my washing machine had packed up the week before. However we did get the connection and recycle fee refunded back as an apology which I accepted.
The washing machine is fantastic and the 9kg load is big enough for our household. It shows you how long the cycle runs for and even plays a tune when it’s finished"

"This Hotpoint washing machine is very appealing looks the part in my kitchen has a nice big drum and door. Has so many different washing programs which is great and love that u can lock door while washing as my old one didn’t have that. Overall I am really happy with my new washing machine."

"Super silent, great programs with the steam hygiene and stain removal which is great having a baby and toddler! The final care option tumbles the clothes after washing, leaving clothes super soft and irons the creases out - absolutely fantastic "

"Washing machine arrived and was fitted with no fuss and my old one removed. Pleased with the machine although some of the programmes are a little long. Smart looking with a modern clean look. LCD screen nice and clear and plenty of different wash cycles which are simple and easy to operate. On the whole happy with the whole experience A*"
