"Received this yesterday. It's a lovely modern looking appliance, it doesn't look cheap and a larger size that we needed. The anthracite Inox external colour finish looks lovely BUT it will scratch easily and shows every finger mark, I suggest only wiping over with water and a soft cloth when needed. Ours arrived in non-damaged packaging however still had lots of scratches and blemishes in the finish (some more noticeable than others in different light) from the factory presumably, thankfully AO have wonderful customer service and it was sorted out in a phonecall - something to definitely check for immediately after removing packaging!
One of the fridge shelves is only half size which I didn't pick up on in the product info, this seems practical but in reality it needs to have at least the other half to use or remove to suit, it takes away useable space as it is. The door shelves can't be moved around but they are roomy and accommodate bottles, milk etc. The water dispenser design is very good. The LED light at the top of the fridge is just about adequate, due to its size it would benefit from something more.
So far no complaints about the freezer design or function, very roomy, the drawers glide easily and can't fall out if pulled too far, the ice cube drawer is a great addition.
It all seems to be functioning well since switching on and appears very quiet so far.
Despite measuring deeper than our last one description wise, this definitely isn't as deep inside and assume this to be due to the thicker doors and the bumper stops at the back which don't allow you to push it right up to the wall meaning it stands further forward (I'm not sure if they include this in the overall dimensions). I had concerns about how far forward it would come from the standard 60cm worktop/cupboard next to it but as it's on the end it looks fine.
Overall, I probably would buy this again but only if there was a matt option for the colour finish. It was the best option for our requirements at time of ordering.
Delivery and installation: it is big, bulky in the packaging and heavy so you have to be sure it will fit in through passage and doorways easily. We struggled to get it off the base packaging and the doors and handles were very fiddly to reverse, also to level once in place. Ensure you have someone capable to take delivery and install, otherwise I'd suggest considering paying extra for those options."
