"The product is exactly as advertised. Amazing fridge/freezer.
The delivery men were on time and very helpful, however I misinterpreted the size of my door frames and we couldn't get it into the house. They gave me a load of different options I could take but I opted to leave it with me and later called in family to get the fridge inside.
Upon doing so AO immediately were on the phone to refund me for installation and recycling of the old fridge which we later sorted as well so they weren't needed anyway. Brilliant service overall."

"AO were fantastic. Our delivery drivers went above and beyond to get the fridge freezer into our house.
The fridge freezer itself is great, price with AO was good, plenty of space inside, not noisy like some appliance I’ve had. Drawers glide so reduces the risk of breaking. Love the mini door where you can store milk or other drinks so the rest of the fridge does not rise in temperature. The only reason I dropped a star was because this door is a little tricky to open and close. The push mechanism could be better. Having said that you do get used to it after a while.

"Really pleased with item, great value compared with other makes. Wheels only on back of item so it needs to be lifted at front to manouever into position. Fridge side door is slightly out of alignment, which I only noticed after placing the item into final position. According to instructions the doors can be adjusted but this involves accessing front feet and have decided this it too much hassle and will tackle this when kitchen is replaced in few months.
