"Had a matching Hotpoint freezer and fridge before. Lasted
fifteen, yes, 15 years. Present day , seems not a lot of pairs on market just American type. Hotpoint do match. Larger outer measurements, but smaller capacity. More insulation?. Anyway, a.o confirmed match. Products, fridge and freezer. Delivery spot on. Set up easy. Items in good condition

One very small niggle , although from pictures you can tell, the fridge could benefit from extra drawers for fruit and vegetables
Overall, they look good,do the job, and a lot,lot quieter than the old ones.

"I neded a new freezer for my utility room, i wanted a graphite one that would match the washing machine and tumble dryer, and this fits in perfect. The freezer is a good size, stylish looking and very quiet.
The sevice from AO is brilliant can't fault it, this is the thrid time I have used AO for big appliances and each time its been fantastic, the drivers are always helpful and friendly. Thank you."

"The product itself is excellent, love it wouldn’t ever go back to a normal freezer that you have to defrost every so often, our last one was similar to this and we had it for approx 7-8 years no defrosting money well spent."
