"i gave a bad review of this item because of the horrendous noise it made, i got in touch with ao and the problem was resolved with a replacement freezer, i am now very happy with this product. "

"looks good but as soon as i plugged it in i knew it was going to be annoying. its ok for a wee while but when thermostat kicks in it has an annoying drone then a high pitch whistle. as you can imagine this happens every few minutes. freezer is also a lot smaller than i would have liked, pics online are quite deceiving, all in all it does the job.(noisily)"
