Won't be buying a Hotpoint freezer again.

"RZA36P.1 Under Counter Freezer in White

Bought: 09 Dec 2020

Bad design. Takes a long time to cool down.

Lack of usable space. Flimsy draws.

Ices up quickly at the top.

Cold at top. Warm at the bottom!

Over temperature light always on despite following instructions, defrosting, under loading and waiting.

So does not keep items in it cold!

"From ordering, the customer service call in between and then the delivery I can not fault anything, will be shopping ao and recommending them to others.

The freezer is working well and fits in with my other appliances. It very quiet and stylish in appearance."
