"Is a direct model replacement, only needed to replace due to a kitchen and utility refurbishment and its predecessor was "linen" colour, needed to be graphite colour to fit in with new units. Added benefit of Frost Free is great, no need to defrost. If it lasts the same 13 years as its predecessor, we'll be more than happy! Old model still working, now in the garage for extra freezer space!!"

"The freezer is as described. It is a little noisy when the fans are running as it is a frost free model but otherwise a great freezer with plenty of capacity. Looks good too. Would buy again if needed."

"This Freezer was bought to replace a 15 year old of the same stable and accompanied by a larder fridge of which were still both running perfectly and did not need replacing but I am retiring next year and I did not want the worry about replacing after retirement.
Hotpoint is a brand that I have always used for all of my large appliances as my 15 year old units prove. A design that has not changed for at least fifteen years and still looks very much up to date, basically plug and play, easy to clean and extremely reliable.
No negatives, just recommended."

"Overall, it’s a good freezer. Not ugly, reversible door, freezes stuff. However, the drawers aren’t all that easy to use, stick on opening/closing & seemto get wedged on the very basic runners. Has happened with previous freezers & weve wndedup simply removing the drawers & just using compartments instead. Happy enough with it though & as usual with AO, price couldn’t be beaten & the delivery was excellent. "
