"My initial order failed to arrive on 2 occasions due to the failure of the manufacturers. But AO not only apologised and paid the difference on a higher price item, they also refunded £30 to my account for the inconvenience. They also arranged for a specific delivery time without further cost. The product they delivered is excellent, just like the service from AO. A big big thank you!!!

"I know it seems daft to rave about a fridge freezer but this one is fab looks stylish so quiet loads of space keeps everything fresh obviously and is so enconomical with a+ rating fits right in with my other applicances love it "

"This fridge freezer is very spacious and fits in with our kitchen brilliantly. It can be a bit noisy when it is cooling down having had the door open but this soon ‘clicks off’ but this is not much of an issue to us with us having it in the utility room. "

"Brought this fridge freezer from AO.COM.
It does what it says in the tin (so to speak). Reasonable cost, great size, not too noisy. Though when it arrived we found marks on the inside of the freezer door and also the doors are still so hard to open and close a week later. "
