"Apart from the wet wall feature at the back of the fridge, everything seems to be working fine. I also find the inner shelves a bit flimsy and not very sturdy and hopefully time will confirm the auto defrost feature."

"Excellent customer received at all times with A0 directly...
HOWEVER, really not sure about this product. I wish I could attach photos because as soon as this product was connected by these guys ( who by the way, were in a real hurry to leave and have no information whatsoever & basically manhandled products)- there was a slow accumulation of condensation which later turns into frost at the back of the fridge.
I’m chasing this up as I think this is faulty- but I’ve been informed by Hotpoint it’s the norm. If it is the norm and you don’t like this feature- AO will NOT refund all your money.
I personally don’t like excessive moisture droplets that turn into ice droplets at the back of the fridge... but if you’re okay with that ( and it does mention it in the manual), it is a nice looking fridge. Oh, and the protective strip at the edge of the shelf keeps slipping off"
