"The fridge ,freezer we purchased is wonderful. It works perfectly as the old one was taken away by the delivery service and condemned as fumes were coming from it. The service from the customer care team was second to none, exemplary. Even when the one we ordered was out of stock they provided one better quality but same price. After care service excellent. We cannot fault ao. Hoping to shop with them again."

"After my trusted fridge freezer give up the ghost on the hottest day of the year I found this amazing bargain at ao.com. I was able to get a next day delivery which alot of others places couldn't do (I looked at argos, curries etc). Fortunately for a small added fee ao.com were also able to collect my broken unit whilst delivering the new one. I was without a fridge freezer of less than 24hours which was extremely lucky considering the temperatures outside and my children's need for back to back ice pops. The fridge freezer had mixed reviews but ticked all of the boxes to meet my requirements and I'm more than happy with my purchase. I'd recommend this unit to anyone looking for a slightly taller than average, spacious fridge freezer for a really decent price"
