The fridge/ freezer was exactly as described.I knew exactly when it was going to arrive and received updates which was so helpful.Having a particularly short time envelope for delivery was even better as there was no needless waiting around. It arrived on the day and within the scheduled time frame"

"First one delivered with a huge dent in the top which was hidden by the packaging. The second one was undamaged. Unit made in Turkey. Then came the fun and games changing over the hinges to the left side. This was really hard work with the unit on its back resting on cushions so as not to damage the cooling system. You will need some strength and tools. Then found the door seals didn't seal properly near the hinges. Eventually found out that they need plenty of time to realign themselves after being in storage - why wasn't this in the instructions? The seals must fit properly else you'll get massive ice build up in the freezer. All this took a long time and many phone calls to sort out. You could have done a better job than this Whirlpool, especially as you've been making fridge/freezers for decades."
