"I had expected to get 8 to 10 years use out of this fridge freezer but now twice in 6 months after 3.5 years and 4 years respectively. I’ve had to empty, turn off for 24 hours and then start again. This time I’ve lost confidence in the brand having had poor experiences with other hotpoint products. "
